MTM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Made to Measure (MTM) Specialist to join our flagship store on Old Bond Street, London.
As an MTM Specialist, you will act as a true Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional experience to every client and driving the growth of the MTM business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the MTM business in line with Corporate guidelines
• Support RTW sales while ensuring an excellent client experience
• Represent and promote the Brand with professionalism and passion
• Achieve and exceed MTM business objectives, contributing to the development and growth of the category
• Deliver a superior client journey, showcasing expertise in MTM and RTW products, and serving clients according to the Company Client Ceremony
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service
• Maintain store presentation and operational standards in line with company requirements
• Share product knowledge with passion, effectively conveying the values and vision of the company

Requirements

• Solid background in luxury retail
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing MTM services
• Proven sales skills, with strong focus on MTM products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-centric mindset
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and refined selling techniques
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach
