Client Advisor - London Harrods Home

We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our Home Harrods Flagship store based in London.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer. 

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Provide support to Senior Client Advisors in complex interactions
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge

Requirements

• Home collection/Interior design product knowledge
• Fluency in English and another language among German, Arabic, Russian, Chinese.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player
