The resource will be placed within the Human Resources Department and reporting to the HR Manager (Industry) will lead a wide range of HR topics through the assigned company functions.

 

 

Selection

  • Define the recruitment budget in accordance with the company's HR guidelines and specifications
  • Conduct and support full-cycle recruitment, identifying the most suitable and cost-effective recruitment solutions
  • Onboarding & Induction new employee.

 

Training and development

  • Manage the performance review program and ongoing employee development for Dolce & Gabbana members.
  • Support the HR Manager in the organization, implementation and management of Training Projects with both internal and external bodies.

 

Budget & Compensation

  • Support the HR Manager in preparing the staff budget based on company guidelines.
  • Ensure and monitor headcount by area based on approved budget.
  • Supporting the HR Manager in the annual MBO assignment process.
  • Support the HR Manager in preparing the Reward process in accordance with company guidelines.

 

Organization, employee relations and discipline

  • Manage the employee's Work Flow understood as managing deadlines, implementing a correct relationship with employees and their organizational development for the assigned areas.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Managing the disciplinary process: disputes and measures.

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree in Humanities (HR master's degree preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Confidence in using the Office suite
  • Knowledge of HR management systems (preferably SAP, Success Factors, Ingentis) is appreciated
  • Previous experience, even brief, in recruiting
  • Soft Skills required: dynamism, proactivity, good problem solving skills and multi-level interpersonal skills, precision, punctuality and reliability in the execution of deliveries
