We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Service & Logistics Direction. He/She will directly report to the Chief Logistics & Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of customer service and logistics processes of fashion & luxury business. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

 

 Main Activities And Responsibilities:

 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to customer service and logistics performance;
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and KPIs;
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify eventual inefficiencies.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement through data-driven analysis;
  • Process Improvement;
  • Collaborate with the main stakeholders inside and outside the Direction;

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics or Management Engineering;
  • At least 6/7 years of experience as Business Analyst in customer service, logistics and / or operation areas, better if in Fashion & Luxury companies;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel) and BI tools (Business Object or similar);
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Team building approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
