We are looking for a CRM business analyst that will be part of the ICT department and in particular in the Omnichannel Team. The figure will be dedicated to the digital transformation projects and will partecipate in the development on business process based on business requirements and functional design for major initiatives ensuring an end to end process solution.

 

Main activities

  • Handle system administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards and workflows
  • Manage daily Salesforce instances
  • Complete regular functional test to validate the system upgrades
  • Assist and support user community members for define and document development requirements by training program
  • Resolve user support ticket

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
  • Previous experience in Fashion and Luxury Industry or in Retail business is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Automation applications
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality and of Customer Data Platform (such as Salesforce CDP, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Tealium, Segment or others)
  • Good understanding of the omnichannel and digital transformation strategies in terms of customer experience, customer KPI’s and Data Privacy
  • Fluency in English
  • Passionate and positive attitude essential
  • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and customers
