Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Customer Service & Logistics Direction. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

 Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to customer service and logistics performance;
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and KPIs;
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify eventual inefficiencies;
• Collaborate in identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement through data-driven analysis;
• Collaborate with the main stakeholders inside and outside the Direction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Statistics or Management Engineering;
• At least 1 year of experience as Business Analyst, better if in Fashion & Luxury companies;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel and BI tools (Business Object or similar);
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of another language will be considered a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies;
