Industrial Controller

For our Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling Team based in Legnano, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Industrial Controller who has already developed a previous similar experience in a modernly organized industrial company.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Cost monitoring in relation to Budget, Forecast, and actuals from the previous year, with the definition of efficiency targets for expenditures.
• Ensure the correct allocation of costs in the income statement to guarantee reliability, accuracy, and consistency with Group criteria.
• Analyse actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals related to industrial equipment from a financial perspective.
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function and the whole organization.
• Lead initiatives to reduce costs through lean manufacturing principles, procurement strategies, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Support Year End Inventory with Supply chain and the Audit Firm

Requirements

• Economy Degree.
• 5 years of professional experience in Industrial Controlling, better if in an international company.
• Knowledge of SAP, Stealth and Tagetik will be appreciated.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular.
• Good command of English.
