IT Processes Analyst

Dolce&Gabbana is currently seeking a junior processes analyst to join its Group Information & Communication Technology Headquarters as an ICT Processes Analyst.
The selected candidate will operate within the Industry Area, with a specific focus on PLANTS ICT OPERATIONS, actively contributing to the optimization and evolution of industrial processes and applications supporting the company’s operations.
This strategically important role involves analyzing operational requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and identify functional solutions aligned with provided specifications
- Analyze and design business processes
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to information systems used in industrial processes
- Implement improvement initiatives through internal development or collaboration with external consultants
- Contribute to functional IT analysis within the area
- Manage functional and operational testing for all new software releases and ensure application maintenance
- Draft and update IT project documentation
- Monitor the efficiency of IT tools, ensuring proper usage and alignment with business objectives
- Participate in the development of new IT projects
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Management Engineering and/or diploma in technical IT disciplines
- We are currently considering junior profiles with a maximum of 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Intermediate level of English
- Previous experience in corporate information systems and/or consulting firms is considered a plus
- Knowledge of SQL fundamentals and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with industrial process management applications (particularly STEALTH400)
- Experience with reporting tools for data visualization and report creation (Business Objects, Power BI, Reporting Services)
- Skills in functional analysis, technical analysis, testing, and user training
