Health & Safety Specialist

The figure will support HSE Manager in order to implement Health, Safety and Environment Policies throughout the european company organization, ensuring the compliance of legal requirements on health, safety and environment in the workplace.

Main activities

• Support the office in updating the Risks assesment document and draw up procedures relating to safety and health in the workplace and environmental prevention
• Support the office in maintaining compliance with the law on health surveillance, training for workers and rules relating to health and safety in the workplace
• Support the office in maintaining the emergency procedures of and assistance in organize periodic evacuation drills
• Support the office inIdentify the overlap risks with external companies that provide maintenance and services within the business context, in order to draw up the appropriate documents

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Prevention and Safety or equivalent experience in the HSE field will also be considered technical diploma profiles, preferably surveyor or mechanical expert
• ASPP qualification, Health & Safety trainer qualification is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, the knowledge of Autocad is a plus
• the ability to work in a team is essential
• Dynamic, result-oriented, Reliability and precision
• Problem-solving and decision-making approach
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• Availability to travel
