HR Assistant
Legnano, IT
The selected candidate will join the Human Resources division, within the Corporate HR team, and will support the management of assigned areas by assisting the HR Manager in activities such as:
- Monitoring and managing contract deadlines
- Supporting the implementation of the Performance Management System
- Supporting the implementation of the Annual Salary Review
- Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Monitoring attendance, overtime, holidays, and rest days
- Checking and updating the evolution file in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits function
- Updating the internal management system: employee records and organisational structures
- Verifying and updating organisational charts
Under the supervision of their manager, the candidate will participate in regular alignment meetings with the business line and individual employees in the assigned areas, with the aim of gaining autonomy and expertise in managing day-to-day HR matters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience, even brief and/or through an internship, in a similar role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Good command of the English language
The workplace will be Legnano (MI), with weekly travel required to the Milan office.
This is a full on-site position.
