SCOPE:        

Support the Visual Merchandising Management Team in implementing strategic initiatives to drive the business from a Global perspective

 

RESPONSABILITIES    

  • Support the team in cascading the brand’s vision and strategies to help enhance the overall image and identity in the market.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent visual displays worldwide by contributing to the development and refinement of VM manuals and guidelines.
  • Help ensure the execution of Visual Merchandising concepts in line with HQ guidelines and timelines through store visit support, photo reporting, and follow‑up activities.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team by gathering product information needed for a coherent seasonal display aligned with product and image strategies.
  • Assist in adapting, communicating, and implementing Merchandising Guidelines across relevant channels and regions.
  • Contribute to the creation of VM guidelines and directives based on merchandising analyses and business needs, supporting the development of creative VM strategies for assigned regions.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of seasonal VM trainings across markets, helping prepare materials and logistics.
  • Participate in the roll‑out of VM trainings, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and regional requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating visual merchandising KPIs and related reporting activities.
  • Support the coordination and setup of showroom environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams involved in the process.
  • Contribute to VM‑related aspects of corporate events (e.g., Alta Moda, Alta Sartoria, Alta Gioielleria, press re-sees, and key in‑store events).
  • Assist with Visual Merchandising needs for new store openings across all channels.
  • Help coordinate project workflows and support the team in ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks.
