Europe HR Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an Europe HR Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees for France, UK, Netherland.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Supervise multi-country payroll and time attendance processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations, while coordinating closely with local payroll providers.
- Manage administrative and payroll activities for foreign legal entities throughout the employee life cycle—from hiring to exit—in line with labor law regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll and HR databases, maintaining up- to-date records and preparing required reports
- Oversee the preparation of employment contracts and amendments, monitoring deadlines to guarantee compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with global HR teams, finance, and third-party vendors
- Participate in international HR projects on employee administrative data and process improvements
- Stay updated on payroll-related legislation and best practices and providing administrative support to the employees to solve queries related to payroll and labor law issues such as deductions, wages, contracts, severance pay, pension funds, procedures and policies, local collective agreement regulations etc.
Requirements
- Economics/administration degree
- At least 4 years of previous experience in payroll/HR administration
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
- Knowledge and previous experience with Zucchetti will be considered a plus
- Good English and France level, both written and spoken
- Direct experience in managing French payroll is preferred
- Precision and reliability, time management, attention, flexibility and predisposition for teamworking will be also evaluates as a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with colleagues, managers, and employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
