Dolce & Gabbana is looking for a Curricular Customer Service Intern to join our Customer Service Retail team, offering a valuable learning opportunity in a dynamic and international environment, with a focus on maintain high standards of quality for the internal customers.

 

Main activities and responsibilities

  • Provide operational support in managing orders and restocking for the Retail channel globally.
  • Provide operational support in producing updated reports for Retail and Merchandising functions.
  • Daily communicate and coordinate with Stores and Retail/Corporate functions to manage all the requests.
  • Collaborate with Production Departments to organise orders delivery and review shipping plans according to production needs.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Departments to give them information about shipping times and methods, according to Retail, Merchandising and Production needs.
  • Take part in the development and implementation of policies aimed at ensuring internal customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Economics, Communication, Languages or similar.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
