Accounting Payables Specialist

Dolce & Gabbana is looking for an Accounting Specialist to be part of the Group Financial Office - Administration Department. He/she will join the team dedicated to payables accounting of Group foreign-European branches, in accordance with deadlines and compliant with accounting and tax regulations.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the payables accounts, ensuring all transactions adhere to Group policies and deadlines.
- Capex Management: Maintain Capital Expenditure (Capex) register, accurately calculating depreciation and ensuring the integrity of fixed asset records.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in company's accounting system.
- Regulatory Compliance: Keep abreast of and fulfill all declaratory obligations as mandated by local tax and accounting regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, auditing firms and external consultants to support accounting operations.
Requirements
- Economy degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience in payables administration/accounting, better if in retail industries
- Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Statement.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especialli MS Excel)
- Flluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus
- Experience with SAP will be considered a plus
