Role Overview


We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our boutique located in the heart of Florence’s P.za della Signoria. As part of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting relationships with clients, and representing our brand’s values through impeccable service.

 

Your Contribution to the Role

 

  • Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience to each client, embodying the values of the brand.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, trends, and brand knowledge to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the boutique remains inviting and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support with stock management, ensuring that products are always available for clients, and assist in replenishing merchandise as needed.
  • Handle customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at the point of sale.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and brand visibility.

 

What You Bring to the Team

 

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work well in a team environment and achieve store targets.
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends, and customer expectations.
