We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our boutique based in Florence.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
  • Support the Sales Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
  • Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
  • Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
  • Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
  • Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
  • Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sales Staff
  • Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till)

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.

  • Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
  • Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
