Sales Assistant - Fidenza Outlet

We are currently looking for Sales Assistant Full-time 40h for our Outlet based in Fidenza.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand Ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers.
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.

Requirements
- Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player.
