Client Advisor

For the next season 2025, we are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor based in Capri.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
- Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
- Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
- Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
- Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till)
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in womenswear in luxury retail.

- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
