Retail Sales Assistant

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available at our Cabazon Desert Hills Boutique. We are seeking an exceptional Retail Sales Assistant to support ours sales team. This is a non-selling role which will be responsible for ringing merchandise at the register, supporting the sales team with their clientele, and assisting management with projects. Proven customer service skills and experience as a cashier are mandatory. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong understanding of client service needs and exceptional clienteling skills, particular attention to details and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
• Possess exceptional communication skills and ability to discuss with clients and give advices on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
• Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of the Dolce & Gabbana history and heritage and serving as a role model by prioritizing client’s interest

• Support cash operations when necessary
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor
• Uphold housekeeping standards in all areas of the store
