CRM Analyst for Latam (except Brazil)
CIUDAD DE MEXICO, CMX, MX
- Creation of multiple reports on client purchases behaviors using data from BO, Tulip and Salesforce: client frequency, recency, spending, patterns, sold categories, fashion shows, active clients
- Client reassignments when CA leave the company or change store
- Creation of any CRM report the stores need to reach any of their target sales (budget, product categories, client segments, etc)
- Creation of any CRM report the stores need to reach their ROI’s activations and follow-up on the obtained results
- Creation of any client relating reports that may need Retail, Merchandising, MTM, WJ, HR, Milan and the MG
- Identify any issues on BO, SalesForce, Linx and Start related to clients and their information and elaborate reports for HQ in order to fix the problems
- Monthly and precise KPI’s follow-up for a specific group of stores.
- Support in some events or CRM activation
- Great Knowledge of Business Objects and excel formulas.
