ROLE:
The Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in driving boutique performance by overseeing all store operational processes and ensuring alignment with brand standards, safety requirements, and internal policies. In partnership with the Store Manager, this role provides oversight of operational and administrative functions, supporting efficient execution across inventory, back-of-house, and sales floor activities to enable a seamless client experience.
MISSION:
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Provide leadership and oversight for all inventory flow and stockroom operations, ensuring accurate product rotation and availability across categories. Anticipate the needs of the business and proactively plan inventory flow, partnering closely with the Store Manager to support commercial priorities and operational efficiency.
- Lead the planning and execution of annual inventory and oversee discrepancy analysis and resolution in partnership with the internal Operations Team.
- Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliveries, internal transfers, client orders, and eCommerce shipments to support operational efficiency and exceptional client service.
- Drive ongoing inventory accuracy through cycle counts, performance tracking, and targeted action plans.
- Translate regional and corporate operational initiatives into effective store-level execution, ensuring consistent follow-through and results.
- Partner with Store Leadership to support sales performance and operational readiness, enabling the team to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Monitor and manage Back of House KPIs, including negative on-hand, open documents, store-to-store transfers, hold locations, consignment tracking, and cycle count accuracy. Lead investigation and resolution of discrepancies, ensuring inventory integrity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the boutique consistently reflects brand visual, operational, and service standards, reinforcing expectations across the store team.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex operational, client-related, and repair situations, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with brand standards.
- Support Store Leadership in the coordination and oversight of operational staff and functions, including cash operations, stockroom activities, and service support roles.
- Partner closely with corporate teams, including Visual Merchandising, PR, and Operations Team, to ensure alignment with brand standards, support business initiatives, and drive seamless boutique execution.
PROFILE:
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to high-impact, evolving store initiatives within a flagship, high-volume environment, with the capability to prioritize multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Extensive experience overseeing inventory and store operations, including stockroom and administrative functions
- Proven experience providing leadership and oversight of operational teams, with the ability to guide, develop, and align multiple roles (3+ team members)
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build partnerships, drive alignment, and lead through collaboration
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with shipping systems, inventory management systems, and inventory audits
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

The salary rate for this role ranges from $95,000 - $105,000. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
