CLIENT ADVISOR

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional Client Advisor career opportunity available at our Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive Temp Boutique.

ROLE

Dolce & Gabbana Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor also supports the team in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand’s image and standards.

 

MISSION

  • Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
  • Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations, ensuring smooth execution of the sales ceremony. 
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate the brand’s heritage and values.
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools.
  • Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating (CRM), to build and retain relationships with our current clients and identify potential clients.

  • Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and visual presentation standards. Oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.

  • Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

PROFILE

  • 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW

 

The hourly rate for this role ranges from $18.00 - $20.00, plus variable commission. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
