The successful candidate will act as Brand Ambassador, delivering an outstanding client experience and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

 

Job description

The selected candidate will report directly to the Store Management team and will be responsible for driving sales performance while ensuring excellence in customer service, in line with the brand’s standards and values.

 

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell products by identifying and understanding the needs of an international clientele
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty
• Act as Brand Ambassador, embodying and conveying the brand values and vision
• Maintain store standards in line with company guidelines and visual merchandising directives
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively communicate company projects and collections
• Contribute to team performance by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices

 

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail
• Fluency in Russian, Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong client focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven sales abilities and professional selling techniques
• Positive attitude, self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach

Working hours: Full-time

Applicable Collective Agreement: Convenio Colectivo del Comercio

 

Indicative salary: starting from €24.000
